We offer guided boat trips on the beautiful Jølstravatnet Lake and in the fantastic Kjøsnesfjord. We tailor-make trips.
Guided tour of the Kjøsnesfjord
Our most popular tour goes from Skei city center or Jølster Panorama camping to Kjøsnesfjorden. The tour is in quiet boats with good comfort and lasts two hours.
During the tour you will see parts of the glacier on Tverrfjellet and the dramatically shaped mountains around Kjøsnesfjorden, as well as an absolutely fantastic nature with avalanches, waterfalls and a beautiful cultural landscape.

Nature and photo
We offer tours for nature and photography enthusiasts who want to experience spectacular nature and immortalise the experience with their own photo equipment.
It is, of course, possible to take photos on our regular tours, but if you want more time for selected motifs and experimentation with different angles and lighting conditions, we can arrange dedicated photo tours.
We can guide you on the nature along the boat route and explain how the landscape was formed, using simple geology and landmarks.

Jølster Boat Tours has three beautiful boats that can take small and large groups on adventures on beautiful Jølstravatnet and the beautiful Kjøsnesfjorden. See incredible rock formations, glimpses of glaciers and the landscape that the glacier has shaped over thousands of years.

The ideal boat for enjoying the spectacular nature. Departures usually take place from Skei or Jølster Panorama, with the possibility of private tours by arrangement.
