PARTIES

The seller of the service is Jølster Reiarlag AS with organization number 932807769, Ospene 88, 6843 Skei. Jølster Reiarlag AS is the seller of the services of Jølster Boat Tours.

The buyer is the one who makes the order.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Jølster Boat Tours is located at Skei in Jølster in Sunnfjord municipality. All bookings are made here and cannot be made elsewhere.

By booking tours from our website or via our sales channels, the buyer accepts the provisions described in the terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions, you are obliged to follow them. You also agree to follow our guidelines described in the Guidelines.

The customer confirms that the information in the customer form is correct and complete. The customer is responsible for the incorrectly filled-in information.

Jølster Reiarlag AS does not have access to card information and cannot register or store card information.

CANCELLATION FROM BUYER

The right of withdrawal for services does not apply to individual services that take place at a specific time or within a specific period, cf. the angrerettlova §19 of Norwegian Law. A booking with Jølster Reiarlag AS follows the same principle as if you buy a ticket to the cinema or a concert. A reservation can be transferred to another name free of charge.

CANCELLATION FROM SELLER

If we have to cancel trips due to technical or mechanical faults on the boat or other unforeseen reasons, the reservation will be cancelled and the customer will be refunded the reservation fee. We cannot guarantee good weather or clear views; this depends on the weather when the trip is to be carried out. Rain and wind may occur on the trip; this can still provide a nice and different experience. Passengers must dress appropriately for the conditions. We reserve the right to cancel in bad weather. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be refunded by Jølster Reiarlag AS and any fees or costs from the card provider must be covered by the customer.

In the event of dangerous and/or irresponsible behavior by passengers, we may cancel the trip without refunding the passenger.

In the event of Force Majeure situations such as extreme weather, pandemic, war, foreign invasion, and the like, the customer will not be refunded for the service that cannot be performed.

PAYMENT

Payment is made via Nets payment solution on the website.

Jølster Reiarlag AS does not have access to card information and cannot register or store card information.

PRICES

The prices that apply are those that are currently on the website. All prices are stated in NOK, Norwegian kroner, and include VAT, taxes, and fees. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order that contains an incorrect price due to technical or human error and claims the right to cancel an order that contains an obvious price error, cf. avtalelova §32 of Norwegian Law. The price is NOK 2,500,- per hour for boat rental with a pilot. Separate prices apply for single tickets for scheduled trips.

AGE LIMIT

All purchases on the website must be made by persons over 18 years of age. Passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
